Alongside Starbucks, I also worked as a gift shop attendant at the Sarasota Art Museum, where I sold merchandise related and not related to the current exhibitions. As well as being versed in product knowledge, I am tasked at being knowledgable at all current exhibitions. This opportunity has given me an inside look at how museums operate and allowed me to speak to contemporary artists on an intimate level.

New College of Florida 2015 - present

Sarasota, FL

I now attend New College of Florida, where I am double-majoring, pursuing a bachelor's degree in studio art and psychology. The entire institution is an honors college, so the coursework and workload are rigorous yet rewarding. While here, I have gained skills in Adobe Photoshop, Sculptris, Digital Photography, Laser Cutting, Woodshop, and Mixed Media Painting. My art thesis is an animated short film, around 7-10 minutes long, completely hand-drawn, frame by frame. Alongside this, I am completing a psychology thesis involving research into the menstrual cycle, the model minority stereotype, and mental health.
